Nursery Overview
  • Our well-equipped nursery is situated within the Children's Trust grounds, providing ample space for creative play and exploration for 50 children.
  • Our dedicated team consists of 18 members, with many having over 25 years of experience, ensuring consistency and continuity in our childcare services.
  • For the convenience of our families, we offer free parking and excellent public transport links, making drop-off and collection stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
  • You will work in close partnership with our Quality Training Advisors to drive outstanding results in the nursery and for the children, focusing on individualized learning plans and regular progress assessments.
  • As a core member of our team, you will contribute to the educational and developmental needs of your assigned children, incorporating engaging teaching methods and proactive communication with parents and guardians.
  • In collaboration with colleagues, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional care, early education, and maintenance of consistent performance standards, solidifying our position as a leading childcare provider.
  • A relevant full-time early years qualification is a necessity, and we will assist with covering the costs of an Enhanced DBS check.
  • You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be empathetic, and genuinely enjoy working with children, fostering an inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.
