About the Role

Quality Care Recruit is seeking a skilled finance professional to join a highly respected home care provider in Essex. The successful candidate will support the finance team, enabling the Finance Manager to focus on high-level management accounts.

This full-time role involves overseeing essential finance functions, including invoicing, payroll management, and direct debit collections. You will also be responsible for resolving customer queries, managing outstanding balances, and submitting invoices for customers under local authority care.

The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in accounting and payroll, preferably with experience in the care sector. Proficiency in Sage Accounts & Payroll is essential, along with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial processes. In return, you will enjoy a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus benefits.
