About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Leicestershire County Council team as a Digital Skills Tutor. We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to deliver digital skills training to adults in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver digital skills training to adults, including basic digital skills and ITQ level 2
  • Develop and deliver training plans to meet the needs of learners
  • Assess learner progress and provide feedback
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve service goals
Requirements
  • Nationally approved teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
  • Recent experience of teaching digital skills to adults
  • Level 2 maths, English and ICT skills
  • Flexibility to travel to different centres around the county
  • Ability to use relevant teaching materials and techniques to support learning
