About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and creative ESOL tutor to join our team at Leicestershire Adult Learning. As a tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to adult learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ESOL lessons to adult learners in a variety of settings, including classrooms and online.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
  • Assess and evaluate learner progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
