**Job Description**

We require a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Team Member to join our team in Wolverhampton and Bilston. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a childcare setting, hold the NVQ Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent, and possess full knowledge of Ofsted regulations and 9 standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the physical, intellectual, emotional, psychological, and social needs of our children are met consistently to a high standard.
  • Engaging in probation, induction, supervision, staff meetings, learning and development, and appraisal.
  • Working in partnership with social workers, education, police, health, probation, and all other professionals in line with children's needs and interests.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you must be willing and able to achieve or hold the NVQ Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare or an equivalent. You should also have experience working in a childcare setting (minimum 2 years) and possess full knowledge of Ofsted regulations and 9 standards.
