About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Courier to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering packages and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Delivery and Customer Service: You will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Driving and Navigation: You will need to have a valid UK manual driving license and be able to navigate using a GPS system.
- Physical Demands: The role requires you to be physically fit and able to walk for long periods of time, as well as work in various weather conditions.
Requirements
- Upbeat and Independent: You will need to be an upbeat and independent individual who is able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Organised and Punctual: You will need to be highly organised and punctual, with excellent time management skills.
- Good Communication Skills: You will need to have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
