Job Overview

Pandora A/S is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Performance Manager to oversee the running of our busy sales floor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for motivating our sales assistants to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor store sales figures to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Handle serious complaints that have been escalated to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by utilizing effective selling skills and techniques
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service and adapting your approach to meet their needs

Salary: £12.50 per hour + bonus potential

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in retail sales or management is preferred
  • Proven track record of driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coach and motivate a high-performing team
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
