We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled AAT Financial Support Role to join our team in Stratford upon Avon. As a key member of our accounting team, you will provide essential support with day-to-day accounting tasks, including income and expenditure management, sales and purchase ledger operations, credit control responsibilities, and cash book processing.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, including managing income and expenditure, operating sales and purchase ledgers, and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Contribute to credit control activities and cash book processing, ensuring timely and efficient transaction processing
  • Support with month-end reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
  • Prior experience in a finance role, preferably with knowledge of double entry bookkeeping and reconciliations
  • AAT qualification or studying towards this level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to work, with a strong focus on teamwork
