Sales and Revenue Growth Opportunity

Alcedo Selection Limited, a leading materials stockholder, is seeking an experienced Internal Account Manager to drive sales growth and revenue in the UK market.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus and benefits package.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for increasing sales and gross profit of all product portfolios. They will identify and develop customer relationships to secure long-term commitment, seek out new market opportunities, and assist in introducing new product lines to grow revenue and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Agree key development accounts with the General Manager and internal sales team manager, and develop strategies to secure business.
  • Plan monthly calls with customers to discuss their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Assist in introducing new product lines to expand the company's offerings and increase sales.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the materials industry, and experience in sales and account management. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships with customers, and drive sales growth and revenue.
