We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Lead - Green Energy to join our team at INSIGHT TALENT PARTNERS. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by converting inbound leads into successful projects and long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for green energy and a proven track record in B2B sales and business development. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Lead - Green Energy. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for green energy and a proven track record in B2B sales and business development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Qualification & Conversion
  • Qualify and prioritise inbound leads, identifying high-potential opportunities that align with our green energy portfolio.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client objectives, budget, and project scope, and match these with appropriate green energy solutions.
  • Engage with prospective clients through phone calls and emails, building rapport and understanding their needs.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of green energy solutions and the industry as a whole.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A customer-centric approach.
