Regulatory Affairs Officer

We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the college operates within legal and regulatory frameworks, upholding ethical standards and adhering to internal policies and procedures.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:- Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Stay informed about emerging regulatory developments and industry trends to proactively address compliance challenges.
- Provide guidance and support to departments on compliance-related matters, including interpreting regulations and resolving compliance issues.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, public administration). Advanced degree or certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) preferred.
- Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or related field, preferably in a higher education or regulatory environment.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive salary: £28,000 - £42,000 per year.
