Aquarius seeks an experienced Youth Participation Worker to join their team in a permanent full-time role, requiring 37 hours of work per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with young people to hear and share their voices about service delivery, as well as developing and implementing a service user involvement strategy.

Key responsibilities include providing a safe open access closed group session, where young people can meet and participate in youth-led positive activities, volunteering, and training. The post holder will also provide accredited and informal training programmes to enhance the personal, social, and learning development of young people.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Aquarius offers a wide range of apprenticeships and is committed to increasing diversity in the workplace.
