Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Advisor to join our team at Winemark. As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional level of sales and service at all times, and working to exceed customer expectations by delivering a high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional level of sales and service at all times.
  • Identify and act on selling opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Assume responsibility for housekeeping standards both inside and outside the store according to Company standards.
  • Ensure that stock is controlled and merchandised to Company standards at all times.
  • Assist with promotional set up and ensure that the premises are safe and secure at all times.
  • Comply with Company regulations with regard to cash handling and administration.
  • Comply with all health and safety information and ensure compliance with all licensing and trading standards legislation.

Requirements

  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
  • Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
  • Communication skills – a proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Customer-focused – maintains a professional level of customer service at all times.
  • Ability to actively sell to customers.
  • Personal drive and a pleasant, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Good standard of dress and appearance – clean and well-groomed.
  • A good team player with the ability to work in a team environment.
