About Us

Modern Machinery Supplies Ltd is a leading Tool Store and Welding Supplies business based in Northern Ireland. Our Sales Representatives cover the entire region, and our busy Trade Counter is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent support from existing staff and the Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process customer orders and payments accurately
  • Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
  • Monitor and deal with customer enquiries
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Liaise with suppliers and place orders
  • Perform stores duties as and when required

Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Enthusiastic approach to the role with good interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Experience in Sage would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Knowledge and/or a keen interest in tools and equipment would be an advantage
