AI Software Engineer / Developer (Java SpringBoot) Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to join our team at Client Server, a leading PropTech company that has revolutionised the way we find property for rent and sale with millions of users per day.

About the Role

As an AI Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the underlying application layer to expose and encapsulate fundamental Generative AI capabilities, facilitating scalability and the adoption of AI including AI systems and architecture, prompt engine development, continuous monitoring and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI software solutions using Java and SpringBoot
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to introduce cutting-edge AI technology
  • Act as an AI champion within the wider technology team, keeping up with the latest advancements and providing mentoring to other engineers
  • Work on a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality AI software solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial experience of working with AI and a demonstrable interest in Generative AI concepts
  • Strong backend web development experience with Java and SpringBoot
  • Technical project leadership and mentoring experience
  • A test-driven approach, TDD, Agile methodologies and processes
  • Strong analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
