AI Software Engineer / Developer (Java SpringBoot Generative AI)

We're seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to join our team at Client Server, a leading PropTech company that's revolutionizing the way we find property for rent and sale. As an AI technologist, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI systems that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI systems using Java and SpringBoot
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to develop and deploy AI models
  • Act as an AI champion within the technology team, driving innovation and best practices
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and apply them to real-world problems

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience with AI and Generative AI concepts
  • Strong backend web development experience with Java and SpringBoot
  • Technical project leadership and mentoring experience
  • Test-driven approach, Agile methodologies, and processes
  • Strong analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
