We are seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to join our team at Client Server, a leading PropTech company. As an AI technologist with strong Java skills, you will play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI technology.

About the Role

As an AI Software Engineer, you will collaborate with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to introduce innovative AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing the underlying application layer to expose and encapsulate fundamental Generative AI capabilities
  • Facilitating scalability and adoption of AI, including AI systems and architecture, prompt engine development, and continuous monitoring and evaluation
  • Acting as an AI champion within the wider technology team, keeping up with the latest advancements and providing mentoring to other engineers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial experience of working with AI, with a demonstrable interest in Generative AI concepts such as LLM, OpenAI, Hugging Face, Vision, multi-modal, embedding models, similarity search, and dense vector persistence
  • Strong backend web development experience with Java and SpringBoot
  • Technical project leadership and mentoring experience
  • A test-driven approach, TDD, Agile methodologies, and processes
  • Strong analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
