About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Service Manager to join our operational management team within the Women's and Children's Care Group at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day management and operational delivery of high-quality, patient-focused services.
  • Drive forward an existing improvement agenda, working closely with the Care Group leadership team.
  • Be responsible for the operational and performance management of services delivered across the Trust.
  • Play a key role in the delivery of NHS constitutional standards, the cancer and elective recovery program.
  • Contribute to the development of service improvements that benefit patients and staff.
Requirements
  • Experience in operational management, with a proven track record of delivering service improvements.
  • Strong leadership and line management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to improve service delivery.
