Job Summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Director to lead our clinical teams and drive excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical direction and leadership to all clinical staff, including nursing, allied health professionals, and medical staff.
  • Lead the delivery of excellent clinical standards of care across all clinical areas, promoting a culture of patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to ensure the hospital team provides safe, effective, caring, and responsive patient care in a high-quality clinical environment.
  • Ensure the wellbeing and interests of patients, employees, and visitors are maintained, promoted, and safeguarded.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Level 1 or Registered Practitioner/Diploma/Relevant Health Specialty Degree/Degree Level Qualification.
  • Evidence of relevant professional development, including clinical and managerial experience.
  • Ability to motivate a team of clinical professionals.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
  • Knowledge of NHS Standard Contract requirements.
  • Experience working in the Independent Sector.
  • Professional experience across multiple clinical specialties or disciplines.
  • Understanding of service re-design, clinical pathways, and system reform.
  • Commercial experience.
