We are seeking an experienced Strategic Relationship Manager to join our team, responsible for originating and writing mid-market property and/or operational real estate finance transactions. This exciting opportunity is based in Manchester, with a UK-wide remit and hybrid working arrangement.

About the Role

This role will involve maintaining and growing an introducer network to support new business requirements and presenting new business proposals to the Credit Committee. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills and experience in structuring property (investment essential, development advantageous) and/or operational real estate finance transactions of £5m+.

  • Originate a continuous pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow an introducer network.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record of business origination in a UK commercial/corporate banking environment.
  • Advanced skills and experience in structuring property and/or operational real estate finance transactions.
