Palliative Care Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Saint Francis Hospice. As a Palliative Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with life-limiting illnesses.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical, emotional, and spiritual care to patients in accordance with their needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Develop and maintain effective communication networks with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance professional development.
- Registered Nurse Level 1 qualification.
- ENB 998 or equivalent.
- Experience of working in palliative care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
