Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Sales Manager to join our team in Widnes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Drive sales performance through effective leadership and team management skills.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
- Monitor Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Train and Mentor: Develop and support the skills of sales staff to improve sales performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Leadership and Team Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills to drive sales performance.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Sales Knowledge and Analysis: In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis to drive revenue growth.
- CRM Software and Microsoft Office: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office to manage sales performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
