About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Transaction Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a top-tier bank on high-profile transactions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects across various regions, developing financial models, conducting valuation and financing analyses, and preparing pitch books and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Lead project execution for mandates including due diligence and coordination with clients and professional parties.
  • Financial Modelling: Develop and manage financial models to support client pitches and transaction negotiations.
  • Analyses and Reporting: Conduct valuation, financing, merger, comparable, pro forma, and other analyses to provide insights to clients.
  • Pitch Preparation: Prepare and present pitch books, presentations, and other materials to clients.
  • Client Management: Interact with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to identify business opportunities and develop strategies.

Requirements

  • M&A Background: Must have experience in M&A transactions, preferably in infrastructure and energy sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience working with financial models and data analysis tools.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior members.

About You

Salary: The salary range for this position is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
