Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Energy/Infrastructure Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in M&A or debt financing, with a strong interest in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Prepare presentations and pitch materials for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, advisors, and industry contacts.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in M&A, debt financing, or relevant advisory roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial modelling and valuation techniques.
  • Knowledge of the energy and infrastructure sectors is essential; experience in emerging markets is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
About the Role

Salary and Benefits
