The ideal candidate will have exposure to a wide range of high-calibre transactions, including loan financings, multi-creditor platforms, midco financing, platform financings, complex IPP financings, and equity bridge loans. As an Infrastructure Finance lawyer, you will work closely with senior members of the team to draft and/or negotiate term sheets, facilities agreements, note purchase agreements, intercreditor agreements, and supervise junior lawyers to ensure a smooth process to transaction close.

You can expect to progress to running transactions as a senior associate and managing junior associates with limited partner supervision. Additionally, you will manage projects assigned to you and liaise closely with colleagues, clients, counterparties, and other advisers. You will be part of a committed and inspired friendly team that enjoys its work and considers itself a leader in its field of practice.

Opportunities may arise for associates to spend time on secondment in-house with a key client or within other offices in Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £120,000-£150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
