Procurement Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to join our team at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you'll play a critical role in driving strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives that support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of procurement, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management.
- Develop and implement brewery-wide strategies for strategic sourcing and spend management.
- Establish and maintain a Supplier Management program, ensuring key business requirements are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive procurement initiatives and optimize supplier relationships.
- Manage direct reports, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure job results meet expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of procurement experience, with a focus on indirect and direct procurement.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in procurement operations or supplier management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and collaboration abilities.
