Procurement Manager

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead all aspects of procurement and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to all functions conducting procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, supplier management, and leadership, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Key Responsibilities- Directly lead or support sourcing and contracting activities for large direct and indirect agreements.
- Establish and maintain a Supplier Management program, tracking supplier success to key business requirements.
- Directly lead buyers to procure Retail and POS merchandise in alignment with the Sierra Nevada story and brand strategies.
- Manage direct reports, including coaching and mentoring employees in the performance of daily duties.
- Serve as Procurement Subject Matter Expert (SME) for decentralized procurement personnel.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
- 7 years of Procurement experience, preferably in Indirect and Direct procurement.
- 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in Procurement Operations, Supplier Management, or Supplier Quality related functions.
- Expert level proficiency at Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. offers a competitive salary range of $118,918 to $185,511, as well as a generous 10% company match on 401(k) contributions, learning and development opportunities, and a culture of work-life balance.
