Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. as a key leader in our Supply Chain organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of procurement, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management.
- Develop and implement brewery-wide strategies for strategic sourcing, spend management, and supplier relationship management.
- Establish and maintain a Supplier Management program, identifying key business requirements and supplier success measures.
- Collaborate with the Director of Supply Chain & Procurement, Finance, and Regulatory to establish company-wide guidelines for sourcing and procurement activities.
- Oversee compliance to these guidelines and ensure effective implementation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
- 7 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or supplier quality management.
- 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in procurement operations, supplier management, or supplier quality related functions.
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong leadership skills, effective communication skills, and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and suppliers.
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
- 5 years of direct negotiations experience across multiple categories with both large and small contract values.
- 3 years of experience in managing packaging spend.
- 3 years of Lean, Continuous Improvement experience.
- Certified Professional in Supply Management or Certified Purchasing Manager.
