About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complaint Handler to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our Life and Pensions service, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer complaints and queries via phone, letter, or email, providing empathetic and effective solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and improve our service offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complaint handling and financial services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in financial services or complaint handling is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex customer complaints.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer competency is required.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
