Senior Structural Design Manager (Buildings)
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Design Manager to join our team at KBS Maritime Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing and managing multi-discipline internal and external design teams to deliver high-quality designs for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage the design process through the RIBA design stages, ensuring timely and feasible design elements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure designs align with client objectives, including Net Zero Carbon.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on design elements, maximizing relations and delivery.
- Monitor and influence design teams to ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to relevant legislation and regulations.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Design Manager with strong communication and negotiation skills. You will have a proven track record of managing design teams and delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget.
