KBS Maritime Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Design Manager to join our team in Portsmouth. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for developing and managing multi-discipline design teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet our clients' strategic and environmental objectives.

About the Role:

As a Senior Structural Design Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing the design process through the RIBA design stages, ensuring timely and feasible design elements
  • Managing multi-discipline internal and external design teams to deliver high-quality designs
  • Ensuring designs align with our clients' strategic and environmental objectives, including Net Zero Carbon
  • Confidently supporting and advising clients on design elements, maximizing relations and delivery
About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Design Manager who can demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to showcase key attributes such as listening, clarification, concise behaviors, and persuasiveness during any stage of the design project.
