KBS Maritime Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Design Manager to join our team in Portsmouth. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for developing and managing multi-discipline design teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet our clients' strategic and environmental objectives.

About the Role:

As a Senior Structural Design Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing the design process through the RIBA design stages, ensuring timely and feasible design elements
  • Managing multi-discipline internal and external design teams to deliver high-quality designs
  • Ensuring designs align with our clients' strategic and environmental objectives, including Net Zero Carbon
  • Confidently supporting and advising clients on design elements, maximizing relations and delivery
About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Design Manager with strong communication and negotiation skills. You will have a proven track record of managing design teams and delivering high-quality designs that meet clients' needs.
