About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our Policy and Reward team. The successful candidate will work closely with the People Services Manager to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the Constabulary's strategies and priorities.

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will have a key role in leading on policy and reward-related projects, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring outcomes are delivered in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of the organisation and contributing to people services reward-related projects.

We are looking for someone with effective communication skills, previous experience in a policy and reward-related role, and the ability to lead on policy and reward-related projects. Knowledge of IT systems, including SAP, and reporting and analytical skills are also desirable.
