About the Role

As a Senior Care Lead, you'll be responsible for providing tailored care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans, lead by example, and foster a culture of kindness and compassion within our community.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development. Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in care, preferably in a senior healthcare assistant or similar position
  • Training experience or qualification, such as NVQ Level 3 (desirable)
  • Educated to NVQ Level 3 (desirable)
