About the RoleAs a key member of the HR department, this stand-alone role will be fundamental in shaping and delivering compensation strategies, employee benefits programs, and total reward frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Reward policy management - design, maintenance and supervision of implementation across the business.
- Company compensation and benefit management.
- Monitor and review all benefits & reward packages to ensure they are industry leading & align to company culture & values.
- Research and externally benchmarking and audit, risk, compliance & reporting management.
- Annual Pay Review Process alongside leading the annual bonus process for senior managers.
- Reward, compensation and benefits experience, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
- Good knowledge and understanding of overall HR processes.
- Hybrid working model - 2 days offered from home.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent position based in Southampton, with opportunities for career progression and professional development within the CMA Recruitment Group.
