Senior HR Advisor Job Summary

Salary Range: PO3, £43,098 - £46,674 per annum

About the Opportunity

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary seeks a seasoned HR expert to join its People and Development function as a Senior HR Advisor. This is a critical role within the Policy and Reward team, requiring a strong understanding of organisational dynamics and policy implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading policy and reward-related projects, driving stakeholder engagement, and developing effective solutions. A deep understanding of IT systems, including SAP, is also essential.Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidance that align with organisational strategies and priorities.
  2. Lead on various projects, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver timely and effective results.
  3. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, driving business growth through people-centred initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A QCF Level 6 qualification or equivalent work experience.
  • A Level 7 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience to MCIPD level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
