The Cambian Group is expanding its services and is in search of dedicated individuals to join our team.

We are seeking candidates with diverse experiences and backgrounds to help create a nurturing environment for children and young people.

A full UK driving license is required for this position.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the establishment of a new facility, shaping its ethos and culture under the guidance of our new leadership team.

As an integral member of our committed teams, you will play a crucial role in assisting children and young people in acquiring essential life skills. While formal qualifications are not mandatory, a shared enthusiasm for supporting children in reaching their full potential is essential.

In return, we offer enhanced training programs designed to advance your professional skills and provide recognized qualifications (fully funded). You will also have the opportunity to learn from some of the most dedicated and inspiring professionals in our field, with ongoing mentoring and support.

At The Cambian Group, we understand the importance of work-life balance. Our full-time staff work 40 hours a week on a rotating schedule, which includes a mix of early and late shifts (with Sleep Ins).

We provide Education, Care, and Clinical support for children and young people aged 8 to 18 years, who come to us on a full-time, residential basis, presenting a variety of needs.

Set in a picturesque environment, our teams will have the opportunity to cultivate an enriching landscape that fosters creativity and imagination among our children and young people.
