Role Summary:

We're seeking a Customer Insight Analyst to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering actionable insights on Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) and driving business growth through data-driven decision making. You'll work closely with our Marketing and Trading teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report on and deliver actionable insights on LTV:CAC ratio by channel, cohort, and segment
  • Ideate and execute testing plans to drive incremental sales and deliver directly into LTV
  • Develop a strong understanding of our NPS, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction scores to inform customer performance
  • Lead and assist with ad hoc analysis to drive performance and develop a new segmentation model to better understand customer behavior

About You:

We're looking for a highly analytical and inquisitive individual with excellent Excel, SQL, and Google Analytics skills. You should have experience in customer LTV economics and a strong understanding of D2C business models. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with our Marketing and Trading teams.
