**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyse customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform our marketing strategies and improve customer frequency and retention.
  • Develop and maintain regular CRM performance reports, focusing on customer segmentation, engagement, and lifetime value metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights to maximise customer sales and campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with our CRM Manager and E-Commerce team to analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Optimise our 360-degree view of customers to ensure we're putting them at the heart of all commercial decisions.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a commercial role with analytical skills, such as statistical analysis and data analysis software.
  • Experience with CRM systems or platforms and data analysis software.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
