Contract Compensation Manager

At Hotelbeds Group, we're seeking a skilled Contract Compensation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our hotel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective contracting strategies to increase profit and room night production.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners through regular communication, face-to-face meetings, and telematics.
  • Negotiate and trade with hotels in multiple destinations to secure the best possible deals.
  • Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize contracting strategies.
  • Represent the company with a professional image at all times, promoting our brand and growth through meetings with hoteliers, suppliers, and industry events.
  • Contracting, negotiating, and trading with hotels in several destinations.
  • Follow up on risk contracts and make informed decisions to minimize losses.
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent English (essential) and French (essential).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work with upper-level management and experience in contracting for a travel distributor or wholesaler.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Determination and a can-win attitude.
  • Proven track record of obtaining results in previous roles.
