Contract Compensation Manager

At Hotelbeds Group, we're seeking a skilled Contract Compensation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue through effective contract management and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to ensure seamless contract management and negotiation.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize contract terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through strategic contract negotiations.
  • Monitor and report on contract performance, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in contract management, negotiation, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through effective contract management.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hotel partners.
  • Fluent English (essential), and French (desirable).
