Contracts Manager

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our Clinical Contracts and Research and Development team at a leading research organisation in London.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum. The successful candidate will work 2 days per week in our London office, with flexibility to work from home or other locations.

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, including funding agreements, drug supply agreements, material transfer agreements, data transfer agreements, collaboration agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and confidential disclosure agreements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and reviewing agreements to ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with external partners and stakeholders
  • Providing general legal advice to departments across the organisation

Requirements:

  • Experience in drafting and negotiating funding agreements and drug supply agreements
  • Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
