Contract Compensation Manager

At Hotelbeds Group, we're seeking a skilled Contract Compensation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll play a crucial role in leading the contracting process with our clients, negotiating contract renewal conditions, and ensuring the competitiveness and availability of our hotel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Negotiate and manage contracts with hotel suppliers to secure the most competitive rates for Hotelbeds.
  2. Monitor the performance of each hotel and work closely with the Yield Manager to ensure optimal competitiveness and availability.
  3. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with accommodation supplier vendors, acting as the primary point of contact.
  4. Support the resolution of major supplier or client complaints, negotiating suitable solutions to maintain good service and relationships.
  5. Ensure hotel suppliers have a clear understanding of Hotelbeds' value proposition and marketing tools to optimize income.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Tourism or related field, or vocational training in travel agencies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, Tableau, and ability to quickly learn In-House systems.
  • Minimum 3 days a week in the London hotel market.
