Role Overview:
A SEN Support Specialist is required to provide individualised support to students with Special Educational Needs. This role involves working closely with teachers and other professionals to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalised learning plans to address individual students' needs and promote their progress.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, including those with specific learning difficulties, behavioural challenges, or emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective communication and a seamless support process.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with SEN in a school setting.
  • Sound knowledge of various SEN conditions and effective strategies for supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
