Chief Financial Officer

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Finance Director to join our dynamic team at AAK. As a key member of our Foodservice business, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and supporting improvements in shareholder value creation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the local finance teams at our FS production units.
- Closing monthly accounts and year-end.
- Manage audit processes, budget setting, and forecasting.
- Prioritize strategic actions and investments and establish KPIs to track implementation progress.
- Support the decision-making process in the business by providing thoughtful and proactive financial information.
- Drive improvements to productivity, working capital, head count optimization, and contract management.
- Drive continuous improvement in internal controls including risk management/sourcing & trading.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and local statutory requirements.
- Liaise regularly with the AAK corporate finance team (including internal control, tax and treasury), interface with senior management and external auditors.
- Drive standardization of finance and accounting processes to provide consistent data.
We are looking for an experienced Finance Director who goes the extra mile and makes a difference. Key requirements include:
- A degree in finance, or a related discipline, and at least 5 years of professional experience from a similar position.
- Your analytical approach and attention to detail make you a valued business partner & finance professional.
- Experience in the foods or sustainable oils manufacturing business as well as commodity sourcing & trading is a plus.
- Fluent in English, oral and written.
- A competitive salary of €100,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
