About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Bank Care Service at The Children's Trust. As a Bank Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to children and young people with complex disabilities and health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care and support to children and young people.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the safe and effective delivery of care across a 24-hour period.
  • Develop and implement holistic care plans that meet the unique needs of each child or young person.
  • Communicate effectively with children, young people, and their families to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in care and support.

Person Specification

  • Registered Nurse with a valid registration with the NMC.
  • Experience of working with children and young people with complex disabilities and health needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Commitment to the values and vision of The Children's Trust.
