Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Bank Care Service at The Children's Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to children and young people with complex disabilities and health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective care to individuals, ensuring their needs are met 24/7.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, education, and therapy.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and other stakeholders.
- Registered Nurse qualification.
- Experience working with children and young people with complex disabilities and health needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing commitments.
