About the Role
The Children's Trust is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Bank Care Service. As a Bank Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to children and young people with complex disabilities and health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Multidisciplinary Team to deliver individualized care and support to children and young people.
- Ensure the safe and effective delivery of care across a 24-hour period.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, young people, and their families.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification.
- Experience of working with children and young people with complex disabilities and health needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to the values and vision of The Children's Trust.
