We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Bank Care Service at The Children's Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to children and young people with complex disabilities and health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care and support to children and young people.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each child or young person.
  • Provide education and training to children and young people, as well as their families and carers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children and young people.

Person Specification

  • Registered Nurse with a valid registration with the NMC.
  • Experience of working with children and young people with complex disabilities and health needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
