Job Summary

The IFP Senior Packaging Developer is a technical packaging expert responsible for delivering complex and challenging Innovation, Sustainability & Quality Improvement programs throughout the IFP business.

They will partner with senior IFP Innovation, Growth & Product Supply colleagues in early-stage project developments and contribute to the formation and execution of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee complex packaging Innovation, Sustainability & Quality Improvement programs
  • Work with senior IFP Innovation, Growth, ABU & Product Supply colleagues to ensure packaging technical needs are embedded and met
  • Form strategic plans to deliver IFP business objectives and champion the principles, ways of working, and plans to ensure delivery
  • Collaborate with the IFP Packaging Technology team and other Packaging Developers to ensure developments are technically ready prior to implementation

Requirements

Science, engineering or packaging qualifications to bachelor's degree or equivalent

Project Management experience is desirable

Fluency in English is a must; Spanish or an East Asian second language is desirable
